Overthinking cues

    One of my biggest issues with training right now is overthinking internal cues. For example when I’m doing curls I’m thinking should I be thinking about curling first and squeezing on top or squeezing to initiate or being to anal with strictness of the humerus. Makes me feel like overthinking this is making me lose out on intensity but if I don’t overthink cues I always resort to going unga boonga and using momentum to cheat it out on the last couple reps. Do you have any universal cues that can dumb this down for me or any other suggestions?
