    I have been searching the forums and the previous videos for information regarding ‘Overtraining’. The consistent response has been that Overtraining is unlikely and more likely that someone has ‘shit’ recovery. Let’s assume that recovery is good (8-9 hours of sleep, low stress, plenty protein and calories)

    What would overtraining look like at that point?
