    Hey J/B,

Being prone to overuse injuries on soft tissue and auxiliary muscles (forearms for ex), I seek your advice on how to best manage this.

For example, volume and everything else being equal, would be better a “bro” split, where we hit a certain area once per week, or rather upper/lower (x3), where we hit the area more frequently but with much lower daily volume? With second option there is also the possibility to alternate movements, such as vertical/ horizontal pulling, presses/flyes.

I know you Joe suggest lower volume as first step, but I’m keen to understand if spreading this volume in more bounds during the week can be favorable for managing these issues (or the opposite).

    Thanks again!
