Hey guys,
I know diagnosis from afar isn’t possible. Maybe you guys got some ideas and tips tho.
The day after my last leg session (not current my leg session, hack squat, lying leg curls, rdls, seated calf Raises) I got and still have pain in my right hip flexor area. I can’t even do a regular squat right now. Can do hard leg extensions without pain tho.
Could it be that my hip flexor or rectus femoris tendon got compressed too hard in the bottom. Position?
Are there reasonable other possibilities for the pain? I doubt that my hip flexors are too weak..
How could I approach this issue?
