So, doing the better half program and while doing fromt squats habe developed a pain behind my right knee. I stopped after my 3rd set. Hamstring work, leg extensions were fine as in no pain but i fear squats may not be an option for a while.
So im stuck as to how to train this program now. Any advice guys?
Thanks again bryce, ill try the split squats i think depending how knee is. Yesterday was bad, it caved on me walking a couple times. Feels better today though. Thanks bryce
