As it says in the title, doing one of the Terrence programs and it has smith machine bench press and inclined Smith machine bench press. Every time I do this day I notice a pain in one of my shoulders feels like the bone/joint. A bit unusual. I have watched the videos on how to set up for this and can’t seem to get it so that I don’t get this pain. Usually comes the day after. Would you just recommend swapping for something like DB presses?
Or maybe a machine? Or is there something else I can try? As I am actually getting stronger on it despite this pain.
