So I recently started to make a paper log book to take to the gym and it just gives me mental clarity. I love this app but wanted to ask you, which may help Joe and team, what’s missing for you?
For me it’s the visualization of what’s going up, what’s stalling and what’s going down. I like seeing my previous weights and color mark what’s progress and if consistently stalling or decreasing what needs to be looked at. I just like this visual marker which I find missing from the app. Maybe recommendations would be useful of what to do if this happens?
Also after running push pull legs for one time, the second time around I’m just swapping some exercises, taking some out, changing the variation for exercises to bias different parts and I hate having to do it each week as I come to a workout often not motivated as i confuse myself what I need to do and what I need to change each week.
This in no way is bashing this app. As I’ve made huge milestones because of it. Just asking how you use log books on paper and this app and why.
Love this app Joe and community around it. Really respectful community unlike other apps I have been part of where questions are criticized, and people are kicked off for having an opinion or suggestion. It’s refreshing. Have a great weekend everyone.
