Looking for advice on what to do here and how to track this in a logbook.
I’ll do leg curls aiming for 8-12 reps at failure. I’ll barely be able to complete the 12th Rep with good form but I can still knock out a few more partial reps or if I pause a few seconds I can do a few extra reps. I can potentially push the set to 20+ reps with partials and pauses.
What do you typically do for leg curl when you are trying to go to failure? Do you just log your reps until form breaks down then do extra partials til you literally can’t move the machine but don’t count those in the logbook? Thanks for the advice!
