Hi Joe, i see youre currently including partial reps to increase intensity and tax all lat fibres at the end of your chin up sets. I’m wondering if theres any benefit to doing partial reps as opposed to jumping up to the bar and just doing the negative portion of the rep? My chin up reps have plateaued (at 12) and i’m looking to add intensity to try and bump my numbers up (to 15).
