What’s up Joe and Bryce,
What are your thoughts on partials vs rest pause to extend sets? Providing of course it’s a good exercise that allows you to stay in the set to complete partials?
Any value in one over the other in that case?
I’ve been extending sets lately with rest pauses but looking back on the Chris Beardsley effective reps thing, there’s a lot of value in staying in the set, if able to.
