    A couple of questions before getting started with this training plan.
    1- only 1 exercise for triceps? Is this because triceps being used as a secondary in more frequent push movements through out the week?
    2-Push pull chest lower looks awesome but do we add rest days where we see fit? I feel doing chest with one rest day from push is probably not going to yield 100% effort for myself
