Hey guys been training for a while I’m about 13% body fat and my lower chest and chest in general still carries a lot of fat and looks like shit. I’m starting to notice I have pretty poor connection/activation when doing presses I believe my form is solid just hoping for some tips or exercises to help
I get the best pumps bringing the bar higher on my chest, either on bench or smith. Its like a night and day difference. Try it out, lower the weight and try to find the best grip + find what is best touch poin on your chest. Then its all about progressin in weight overtime.
