Hey Joe and Bryce, What do you think of cable presses later in the workout? I don’t have a incline machine like it’s suggested so I picked the floor press, for everything is left. I noticed that after flys my chest is complete pumped and I didn’t get the pec in the next exercises really short or hard contracted. It’s still ok, but I have not mich left. Would it make sense to do a cable press which overloads more the strech, and Drops off at the Top ? Or is it better to overload still the top with floor presses?

B1. Roller cable fly
C1. Nautilus machine press
D1. Smith floor press
