    I usually train 5 days per week, on this split shall I train 4/7 days per week?

    Or can I incorporate an arm day?

    E.g:
    Mon push
    Tue pull
    Wed off
    Thurs chest (& abs)
    Fri lower
    Sat arms (&abs)
    Sun off
