    Coach,

    Phase 2 giving a big range of rep like 5-12 or 8-20. Do I lover the weight a little to hit more reps or do I keep the weight the same and hit rest pause, or partials? Thank you

    Each set should have a different rep range. So if it says 5-12 set 1 will likely be 5-8 and then the second will be a back off for 8-12 with less weight

    No worries! I ran into the exact same thing when I first got to a phase 2

    If you want to follow the program like it supposed to, then no. There is pump work added on the last block. What Joe and Bryce say is that when you get to the last block then you can try to run the last block as long as you can recover and keep progressing.

    Last block which is week 5 and up or there is another phase after phase 2?

    Yes weeks 9-12 has metabolic work
