    So Im on week 4, so phase 2. Program calls for 2 working sets (on most movements) 1st set 5-8 reps to failure and 2nd 8-12 reps to failure. This may be silly but does that mean Im suppose to go as heavy as I can 1st set and the lower weights so I am able to pull more reps on the 2nd?
    Example incline DB press I can push 8 reps with 110lbs DBs, but I would have to go down to get more reps on the 2nd set. In the past I would just go to failure on both sets as long as I was pushing more than 8 reps so, two sets of 8 or maybe 9.

    Also, program calls for PUSH-PULL-CHEST-LOWER
    How important is to keep that order?, I ask because I have learn that as I get older I recover slower and as I go heavier I find that one day between PUSH and CHEST days affects a little my performance. How rerrible would it be is I change to leave CHEST as the last day in order to have 48 hrs between PUSH and CHEST?

    Thanks Joe. Will look at the videos for the nerdy extended versions then. This was really helpful
