    Hi Joe,

Bryce did a nice video recently talking about the advantages of a pec dec over a dumbbell fly. Great content and completely agree with this thoughts. I see Terrance and you opt for a seated cable pec fly variation pretty often in your workouts. Could you help me understand your logic? Alignment? Profile? It looks like you have a decent Precor pec deck in Dave’s gym. If you prefer the cable fly variation, I’m really curious to understand why.

Also, I picked up an older Nautilus pec fly machine for fun recently super cheap that I used to train on in the 90s.

    Nautilus Nitro® Pec Fly

I find it particularly effective in the shortened position. Still debating if I will keep it or resell. Any thoughts/opinions are appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Bryan
