I’m still suffering a right shoulder injury and all pressing movements have been out for 4 weeks. I’ve been focusing on pec deck and cable flyes (movement from lower position) connecting up just above the pecs. All slow with focus on a squeeze and hold at the top for both. Any other ideas? Dumbbells are also out. I’ve been traveling nonstop for work so I’ve had some active release technique applied a few times (very temporary) and haven’t had time to go see a PT – planning that for 2nd week of May when I am home. Thankfully I can still do Tricep pushdown movements and rear delts. And I have a renewed love for the pull workouts.
