I recently changed gym and now I have full access to hack squat and pendulum squat (arsenal). I’ve never done pendulum squat before today and man it’s hard. I couldn’t even put 2 plates on it, but I love it. It felt awesome! My question is, the foot platform is adjustable (up/down) and I was wondering how should I set it up and how does it change the mechanics of the exercise by putting up or down.
