Hey there!
I was wondering how good this squat machine is?
I know that pendulum would be the best, then some kind of hack squat, but what about this one?
Also, how should I load it, should I be facing the front or back? If it has “upper” and “lower” positioned pins for plates (not shown on the picture), how does it affect the strenght profile during the rep depending on which pin (at shoulder height or at hip height) I stack my plates?
Also my main goal is to get as much quad activation and I dont really know if this is any better than for example bulgarian smith split squats or perhaps smith narrow stance squats?
