In regards to my workout nutrition (primarily my post workout which I consume within 30 minutes of training), should I factor that in WITH the current macro’s that are in the my specific Hypertrophy Coach food plan? Or should that “meal” be considered more of a 7th meal?
Currently, I am trying to cut some fat. Weighing in at 213 Lbs. I am consuming just under 3,000 calories (for maintenance).
The numbers in the top of the photo are based off of ) meals. Currently, I have added my intra- and post workout nutrition to the already given diet. I have added them in a way that I still am consuming the stated calories in the photo.
