    Hey Joe,

    Love all the new videos under Guidance section. Highly informative! In one of the videos on workout structure you explained that week 5 and 6 are planned for training to failure.

    I want to ask should I continue training to failure for some more weeks, let say week 7-10, if I can recover from the training and progress the load or I should restart the program from week 1 after completing 6 weeks of a program?
