Great! Thank you so much for your answer, I’m really loving the app! Phenomenal job guys! For me, I guess it mostly comes down to exercise selection and me preferring some exercises included only in the specialization programs. Since the push, pull, lower is built up as a 3 day split, would it be possible to add the secondary day from the specialization programs as the second day for each muscle group in the push pull lower split instead of running the same day twice a week? This might be a way to get best of both worlds for me? I hope you understand what I mean.
