I’ve been writing my own program/split for a while now to prioritize the things most important for me right now (Back thickness and legs) I was hoping to learn principles and gain knowledge from the app to apply to that, not necessarily use one of the existing programs (for now). I’m also particular with my exercise selection. So i was wondering if there was a way to use the apps log booking feature for my own program (also to get feedback on it eventually). Because the logbook is very convenient in the way it’s set up
