The logbook looks fantastic, and I’m super excited to use it. I was wondering if there’s a way I’m missing to load in a completely personalized program. Due to some other fitness goals atm, my lifting has taken a hit and I can’t dedicate myself to any of the preloaded programs. I have seen how you can add workouts to a program, but is there anyway to create your own entirely from scratch while utilizing the apps logbook? Thanks!
