I just finished Phase 1 of the Armageddon program. In the Push Session I took the Delt Y-Raise for the Side Delts, which is a great excercise! Now in week 5 I can only choose between lying cable laterals and DB laterals. So no swap option for the Y-raise. Is there a reason for this or just an app issue that can be fixed?
