I started phase 2 in HC gives you wings today and wondered how you go about changing things up. I noticed that most sets dropped by one and increased the intensity, and started to include double drop sets.
So, me wanting to be a trainer, would you phase beginner and intermediate clients differently along with adding or removing exercises. I always thought to keep things that are working each mesocycle unless you aren’t progressing, getting stronger, and or having a bad mind muscle connection. As far as exercises go. I get removing sets and increasing intensity.
Then again I know this isn’t customized to myself so that would look a little different if it was.
