Hi Joe! So I have followed your program before. I am wondering if you have a specific you can recommend. I am 46, have been lifting for many years, also a trainer and my goals are specific to body comp. About 17 percent body fat currently, my hamstrings seem to be my trouble area, diet is pretty clean minus the one drink at night to unwind. I currently lift 5-6 days a week, 2 days of high intense spin and one day steady state. Cardio is done in a separate session almost always. I really do not have any limitations despite having three back surgeries, so my heavy when it comes to squat and deadlift are what my back can handle which varies. I have access to all equipment, workout in a few different gyms and realize that some weeks I may be a little over trained but I do listen to my body when it screams at me.

Thanks Joe, so I did purchase the year so I can get a better idea of all the programs. I did choose the push pull lower 2.0 but have a leg focus, as most women do.. but am also big on training delts. The leg program really stood out to me as well but I think the big legs thing freaked me out a bit. I run in the muscular side so my focus is lean. I did hear that your wives program is coming out soon, so I am waiting for that. Thanks for the response, no worries on the delay. I guess my only question would if the push pull legs may be more suitable then the PPL 2.0.
