    Hey coach

    If someone has the option to do an exercise where its heaviest at the shortened range of the muscle, would it be a good thing to call that exercise as a meat and potatoes exercise?
    Like somewhere in a back workout do a free weight/ smith row. Or would it better to focus on exercises that are heaviest at the lengthened part and maybe add those exercises for pump work
