Hi im currently doing the cannonball delt program (on week 6). Im thinking though that i should pick just an all round 4 day split (2 x upper and 2 x lower) next time. Cant say ive noticed much improvement really (then again how much can u improve in 5 weeks?)
Im a pretty narrow skinny guy so thought delt focus would be appropriate but maybe an all round approach would be best.
I appreciate thats not much info to go off but would love your thoughts.
