ParticipantIs there any reason why the plan builder workouts are all the same after you enter your goal and information ? Each push pull ect workout for all 6 weeks is the same as week 1

ParticipantHe wants you to progress those workouts every week, not switch it up every workout. You can’t progressively overload if you change the workout every week.

ParticipantGuys not gonna lie I signed up for it not long ago expecting the same thing. I was kinda cheesed that it was the same workout everyday . However after doing this for a few weeks it has been epic. You really get a sense of your workouts and how you are feeling from session to session. I feel like I am laser focused on each movement and can really feel if I’m “progressing”. My humble advice is to trust the process.

Did you create your own split from his videos and then select 1 workout for each day (ex 1 push, 1 pull) and follow it for 6 weeks focusing on progressive overload? That’s what I’m leaning towards doing I just want to make sure I have his philosophy and principles correct before starting!
