Never used the plan builder before and was going to start one shortly after New Years. Was setting one up today and noticed that the workout videos are the same for each session. Do they rotate out at all or is it designed this way? Thanks!
You repeat the exact workout every time. So you do the same Push/pull/legs/other session every 5-7 days, as given in the workout builder.
