I am currently running a modified version of the anti flamingo program since i added in a day to make it a five day split. Therefore split is as follows:
Push/pull
Lower 1
Off
Pull
Push
Lower 2
Off
Now that i am in the last block of the program and happy with the progress i have done, I would like to start a 12-16 week cut until the summer. However, due to a tight schedule i will need to reduce my training days to a 4 day split and therefore thought of starting the new half body program.
Would you recommend that i switch programs? Or would you rather i keep going with the anti flamingo program and remove the added day?
And if i start the new half body program should i start with the final block to keep the intensity high when starting a cut?
