Hey,
How would a plate loaded lateral raise machine (image attached) compare to the lying cuffed lateral raise and just a standing cable lateral raise in terms of profile/efficiency? What are your opinions on it and do you have any tips on execution?
I’ve been trying to figure out how how the line of force would be since it’s different from a dumbbell and cable. Based on how I feel doing the exercise, it seems to be hardest in the lengthened/mid range.
