    I’m in the Armagaddon program and love everything about it. seeing great progress in results and strength in all of my lifts. The only lift I have been at a halt with is incline dumbell press. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months with a rep range between 7-8 and anything heavier would be too heavy. Is there anything I need to consider changing or improve upon? Thanks you guys.
