What did you actually do day to day, week to week in that year that had you have those kind of results, could you go into a bit more detail?
It sounded like you had no Carbs, reduced stims, had heaps of protein and taurine and turned into superman
And would you recommend someone go through a year like that, even if only once in their life? It’s kind of what we all hope will happen each year that comes and goes…
