Today while doing some single arm preacher curls towards the top end of the movement on my left arm (right around fully flexed) my bicep tendon or brachialis on the medial side started almost feeling like it was “tearing” don’t know how else to describe it. Feels fine most of the rep, made sure I kept good form and controlled to see if I needed to stop or not. My right arm is fine through out full ROM. Any ideas on what it could be? I’ve been resting it as much as possible, pretty much only feel it on the preacher curls.
