What’s the difference between a pec tare and strain. about two weeks ago I was doing bench press and felt sudden discomfort half way thru the press but finished the lift. Finished my work out with the pec deck. Rested for a few days dialed back the weight from 315 to 225. Started felling better. The today went to warm up on incline and didn’t like how it felt, went to flat with 225, bumped up to 275 the and felt the discomfort again. No swelling or bruising either time, no pop or snapping sensation. Just feels really sore, more than doms.
