I am wondering what to do after a bodybuilding show. Since the body had been in a caloric deficit for a long time, I am curious what’s the approach on diet and training.
I checked bunch of YouTube videos and one of them from Ben Pakulski. He mentions that a person after a show should brought their calories up gradually, what’s your take on that? And how should we train? Should we still hit workout as hard as possible or get a deload week? This will help a lot, and I’m 8 weeks out from a show, thank you!
