So I’ve stop dieting for about 6 weeks now the photos with gray cover on the couch is about 6-7 weeks ago in my check in, I have gone from 245lb to 260lb 15lb, I decided to stop as had no comp lined up and kids holidays and wanted to enjoy it with them, my question is how do you control that post diet mental struggle, WOW was not expecting that the struggle is unreal and extremely hard to keep on the straight an narrow, I fill like i have tried everything lol Now when having a free meal im having my favourite meal of the day but doubled with some fruit to see if that curbs the cravings, I wish I never started with the sweet stuff, won’t be doing that again next time round
