Hello dudes. I’ve just gotten the green light to resistance train again following medical procedure. 6weeks off and I’ve atrophied quite a bit all over as well as gaining some body fat. Currently at about 15% bf @82kg, standing at 6″2′. During this time, I think my T levels have taken a hit and I am displaying symptoms of low test.
I’ve started using Stan Efferdings vertical diet as I hear it’s great for hormone balancing. For training, what is the best recommendation for regaining lost muscle and boosting my test naturally? I was thinking German volume training, or push/pull/lower with focus on compound barbell dumbell movements. (home gym basics- bench, bar, dumbells, bands, pullup bar). Any recommendations welcome
