It’s been 4 months since my partial bicep tear where I haven’t trained upper body at all and only doing rotator cuff stuff and physio. Dr suggested no need for surgery it’s only a small aesthetic issue. Now that I am recovered I am really confused on how to train again my arms, chest, and back and how I can still make progress given this injury and that my upper body is lacking comparing to my legs? Have huge legs now from the anti flamingo lol

I know it’s on me, I am kinda afraid to train again lol but I would truly appreciate Joe’s and Bryce’s opinion on what exercises to avoid, what to do, how to train etc! So I take it from there and restart!

    Thanks so much🙏🏻
