Hey guys, I’m 8 days out from my first show and obviously it’s grind time and the diet is nuts. Do you have any brief tips on how to eat properly after the show? I know a lot of people binge and basically get post show bloat and I’m trying to not throw on an absurd amount of weight within a day😂. Should I just ease back into maintenance over a couple days or just right back to maintenance and my body will catch back up? Thanks in advance!
