<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hey Joe, just had a question regarding post workout carb sources. Currently I eat 130G carbs per day (deficit/cutting right now), and I eat 60 carbs post workout (along with my shake) from gummy bears. Then I eat the rest of my carbs during my next meal from a low GI source. Does that sound like an intelligent approach, or would I do better staying away from sugar post workout and choosing something like rice?</p>
