Would you think walking on an incline treadmill post workout for 30 minutes, 4x per week, burning maybe 250 cals (never before leg day) would interfere with gains? My life is very sedentary, hence why I like to implement some cardio. Thanks!
To clarify, I’m referring to any possible blunting of resistance training adaptations by doing cardio post workout
