Hi joe, is there something I can do after a really rough-tough leg workout?
I always feel after a leg day with heavy hacksquat like I’m going to die, like I’m feeling sick like I drank alcohol, and now I need to puke.
Is there something that I can do after the workout that can help me to feel less sick?
Drink plenty of water (before and after) and make sure you have enough electrolytes and sodium. Same goes for food.
Make sure to drink a recovery intra workout drink from Granite has EAAs either during or after workout should help. Try eating a pre workout meal or snack and don’t train on an empty stomach see if that helps
