Is it bad that one of my 6 meals is significatively more caloric than the others? I’m on a lean bulk and eat 6 meals:

    1 (PRE WORKOUT)- 100g Chicken breast (cooked) + 180g sweet potato + 1 banana

2 (POST WORKOUT)- 120g Cream of rice + 30g Whey ISO + 1 banana + 15g peanut butter + 20g milk powder (idk what it’s actually called in English) + 160g protein greek yogurt

    3- 100g Chicken breast (cooked) + 80g rice (raw)

    4- 100g Chicken breast (cooked) + 80g rice (raw)

5- 100g lean ground beef (cooked) + 80g rice (raw)

    6- 3 egg whites + 3 slices of whole bread + 1 banana

The post workout meal has basically double the calories of any other meal. Is this a bad thing? It’s the time I’m most hungry and it’s my favorite meal of the day.

Also, my fats amount to only 12% of my daily macros, should I increase them? I’m not natural if that makes a difference.
