I really enjoy the split, but I feel I’d like to add 3-4 sets of quad work early in the week without wrecking the program. I was playing with the idea of removing 3 sets of back and moving it to delt day, and adding in a low systemically fatiguing quad movement like extensions or narrow stance low foot press after the deadlift days. And I’d drop it during the volume taper as intensity climbs on the main lifts
