    Would you advocate using the power builder program during a prep/recomp or would it be best utilized in a caloric surplus or bulk? If not this program, which of your programs would you recommend incorporating during a prep? are straight sets better while dieting and Should one avoid more advanced techniques like drop sets, extended sets etc while dieting?
