I have looked at the power building program and seen that most muscle groups except arms and delts are only being hit once a week, I was wondering that since higher frequency is normally a good driver of growth that would progression in building size be hindered by this?
Thank you appreciated, I have come from a 5 day a week push pull legs upper legs split and I have seen progress and a lot of strength gains in my squat compared to other lifts as I’m training in twice in the week. I was wondering because I always feel some sort of soreness in the lower body and I’ve been accumulating knee pain that would working legs once a week show more mass improvement other twice a week due to more recovery ?
